Almond Butter Cups

Makes 4

366 Calories per almond buttercup

2 tbsp salted butter

6 tbsp graham crumbs

2 tbsp granulated sugar

6 tbsp almond butter

6 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tbsp milk

1 tsp coconut butter

Sea Salt to taste

Melt together butter and almond butter. Mix in sugar and crumbs. Pack into 4 lined muffin tins. Chill in fridge for 15 minutes (or freezer for 5 minutes). Melt chocolate chips in microwave with milk and coconut butter. Top crumb mixture. Sprinkle with sea salt. Chill in fridge for 1 hour (or freezer for 20 minutes).
